| My Mission in life is to pursue excellence in all things I do. On January 10, 2004 I was determined to be an excellent wife, and two years later a superb mom. As a photographer I incorporate my personal values, expectations of good business practices, and exceptional photography in the same manner. I hold fast to old-fashioned honesty, integrity, and great quality for a good value. Capturing Essence Photography was derived from a personal pursuit to capture emotion of life in perfection. My goal is to capture the moment as it happens and freeze time for you to keep forever. Candid moments create the best atmosphere for true expressions while posed shots are great for the documentation of the facts. I enjoy combining life as it happens with staged shots. This approach tends to curve more to the traditional aspects of photography with a modern bend to photojournalism. The thing I enjoy the most about my "job" is that I get to know some amazing people.
